In 2012, At a conference in Canada, I met a practitioner from California, named Patrick Mummy, founder of Symmetry. He developed a program called Postural Alignment Therapy, aka corrective exercise, based on the work of Peter Egoscue. As with many body therapies, I was intrigued. I have been working with aspects of the philosophy since then and have seen clients make huge strides in reducing pain and getting stronger, as long as they were willing to invest the time.
